For all artworks handled by +ART GALLERY, shipping is cash on delivery (freight collect).
Artworks require careful, protective packaging, and the dimensions and insurance fees vary with each shipment, which makes it difficult to determine the shipping cost in advance.

For this reason, at the time of purchase we present only the price of the work and consumption tax; the freight-collect shipping fee is communicated by email when the work is dispatched. Given the nature of artworks, we ask for your kind understanding.

Intended for customers outside Japan

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

For purchases: Please allow approximately 14 to 28 days from the date of your order for delivery.

For commissions: For commissioned works, we will confirm whether the order can be accepted in consideration of the artist's schedule, and then advise you of the timeline.
