Terms of Service (+ART GALLERY)
Overview
- This website is operated by +ART GALLERY (Plus Art Inc.). Throughout this site, the term "we" (or "our"/"us") refers to +ART GALLERY (Plus Art Inc.).
- These Terms set out the conditions of use of +ART GALLERY (Online). Users shall use this service only after agreeing to these Terms.
- We reserve the right to change these Terms without prior notice. The revised Terms take effect as soon as they are posted on the website.
1. User Obligations
- Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- Users may not use this service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature.
- Defaming other users, collecting personal information, and use for commercial purposes are prohibited.
2. Orders and Payment
- The price of an artwork is the price displayed on the website. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Available payment methods are credit card (lump-sum payment), bank transfer, and cash on delivery.
- Any fees and taxes related to payment shall be borne by the user.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- For purchases, artworks are shipped within 60 days of order confirmation. For made-to-order works, shipping takes place within one year.
- Shipping is, as a general rule, freight collect (cash on delivery). (Because insurance and shipping costs are difficult to determine in advance depending on size, destination, etc.)
- In the event of damage or loss during transit, we will respond in accordance with our shipping policy.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Please contact customer support within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Please clearly state the reason for return, the order number, and the condition of the item.
- When a return is due to our responsibility, we will bear the shipping cost. In all other cases, the user bears the cost.
- Once the item arrives and we have verified its condition, we will arrange an exchange or refund.
5. Intellectual Property
- The content on our online store (images, text, logos, etc.) belongs to us or our licensors.
- Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify this content without our prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
- This service is provided "as is" and "as available."
- We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its results will be accurate.
- We assume no liability whatsoever for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

- The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction by agreement over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or this service.
