Refund & Return Policy (+ART GALLERY)

1. Return Period

  • Please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • After contacting us, please return the item to us.
  • We will provide the return address and other details once you have contacted us.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Only items that are unused and in their original condition are eligible for return.
  • We accept returns only in the following cases:
    • The item is damaged.
    • The item received differs from the one ordered.
    • Any other issue arising due to our responsibility.
    • The item differs from how it appeared (provided that it remains unused and unopened).
  • Unless there is a special reason, if returns or cancellations are repeated five or more times, we may decline to accept future orders from you.

3. Return Procedure

  1. Within 7 days of receiving your item, please contact customer support with the following details:
    • Your name
    • Your address
    • Item name
    • Reason for exchange or return
    • Order number (shown in your order confirmation email)
  2. Customer support will guide you through the return procedure.
  3. Please return the item according to our instructions.
    • We cannot accept returns if you have not contacted us in advance, or if you have not received a return acceptance confirmation email.
    • Please pack the item securely and kindly mark it as “Fragile.”
  4. Once the item arrives and we have verified its condition, we will arrange an exchange or refund.

4. Refunds

  • We will begin the refund process once the returned item arrives and its condition has been verified.
  • Refunds are issued according to your method of payment. For credit card payments, the refund will be made to the original card.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Bank transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • When the matter is our responsibility (damage, defects, or incorrect delivery):
    • You may return the item freight collect (cash on delivery).
  • When the return is for customer reasons (such as the item differing from how it appeared):
    • Please return the item with shipping prepaid.

6. Defective Items

  • Please contact customer support within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • After verifying its condition, we will arrange a refund or exchange.
  • Shipping costs will be borne by us.

7. Conditions Ineligible for Return

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the item arrived.
  • The item itself, its packaging, or its accessories have been damaged due to the customer.

8. Changes to This Return Policy

  • We may change this return policy without prior notice.
  • For items purchased before a change, the policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
