The company aims to focus on the large amount of waste caused by the fast fashion industry, and to develop more of the characteristics of discarded clothing as artworks. Fast fashion is made from thin and poor quality fabrics because they specialize in cheapness, so many of them lose their shape after wearing them a few times. Through observation, I noticed the fabric that had lost its shape after use became more and more exciting, and the clothes were covered in air, making them appear to be like a plaster statue covered in cloth. Taking advantage of this characteristic, we decided to solidify the shape while still maintaining its shape and create semi-three-dimensional artworks like plaster sculptures. Using a technique called casting, we use silicone to mold waste clothes and pour epoxy resin into them.
