■ "Contemporary Man_ 21st Century’s Mona Lisa"
His series title borrows from the "Mona Lisa," and it depicts us in the modern (21st) century. Because photographic technology did not exist in the era when Leonardo da Vinci painted the "Mona Lisa," he carried out detailed observation and meticulous study of "light," "shadow," "form," "facial expression," "beauty," and the like in the natural world. He also struck a balance between realistic and artistic expression in pursuit of freedom of artistic expression. Like da Vinci, NOMA expresses in his paintings the "inner realism" of us human beings in the 21st century.
