Artist: Ko Kikuchi
Profile:
Working primarily in abstract and semi-abstract painting, Kikuchi layers paper and cork onto the surface while drawing on a vivid palette of color. In 2021, the artist was chosen to create the cover illustration for a novel written by Daiki Kanechika of the comedy duo EXIT.

Rich with a wide range of colors, these works invite the viewer's imagination to wander freely. We found them a joy to look at, full of dynamism and a real sense of movement.
