I did some action painting with the friends I met today to solve social issues. With the image of putting all our energy into today's work, rather than the past or the future, and into the work of this moment, we painted a circular motion centered on the "now."

Entrepreneurial Profile

Graduated with a Master's degree in Intelligent Systems Science from the Tokyo Institute of Technology's Interdisciplinary Graduate School of Science and Engineering. Joined Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. in April 2006. After promoting the company's digital transformation, he founded a new company after proposing it through a new business proposal system. After gaining experience in putting a business into a growth phase and selling it within three years, he was appointed Director of the Media Technology Lab in April 2014. In April 2015, he established the Recruit Institute of Technology, Recruit's AI research institute, and became its first Director. In March 2017, he was appointed Director and COO of Digital Sensation Inc. He was appointed to his current position following the merger in October 2017.
