I imagined my current state. Even if I believe in a future, it is quite out of reach. Various hopes are born and disappear, passing away before I know it. Where does the strength to move forward come from? I think it is the courage and conviction to not get too excited or upset about small flickering lights and hopes. I expressed the path of such conflict and resolve, and the light of hope spreading all around.

Entrepreneurial Profile

Born in Tokyo. Graduated from Keio SFC. Trained as a chef and worked in the dining hall of a major food and beverage company before moving to Yamanashi Prefecture. Founded CookCooking Co., Ltd. and ran cooking workshops. Later, he became involved in slow food activities and became a director of the Japan Slow Food Association. In order to create the future of food, he is working on commercializing the food sharing service "TABETE."
