If you live as an entrepreneur, you will suddenly, from anywhere, and again and again. You will repeatedly feel despair and deep wounds that drag you into the darkness. There are many times when you think, "I can't do this anymore, I want to give up." But even so, what you need to get back up and move forward even if you are covered in wounds is the light of hope that outweighs the despair and wounds. No matter how many times darkness comes, you can take another step forward tomorrow by repainting it with hope each time. This work depicts the life of an entrepreneur. I hope that the work conveys the repeated visits of darkness and despair, expressed in dark and red colors, and the bursts of hope, expressed in bright white and yellow colors, that try to repaint it again and again.

Entrepreneurial Profile

After graduating from university, he joined Recruit Co., Ltd. He founded Nijibox Co., Ltd. as an in-house entrepreneur and expanded the company to 150 people as the founding president. As the head of the new business development department at Recruit Holdings, he founded a team of 1,500 in-house entrepreneurs, and as the director of the entrepreneur support office TECH LAB PAAK, he supported the founding of 300 startup companies. In 2018, he became an entrepreneur. In 2019, he acquired Uzabase, and simultaneously founded several companies, including AlphaDrive Inc., which continues to grow, and Genome Clinic Inc., a genome and gene analysis company. In addition to being an outside director of Amuse and Ashiro, he also serves as an executive officer of several listed companies as a professional manager. As an investor, he is a venture partner at UB Ventures, a venture capital firm, and also works as a private investor. He has a track record of investing in entrepreneurs in the early stages of their business. His startup boot camp "Starting a Business from Scratch" specializes in the startup stage, and supports startups from scratch at the very start of their business. His book "Practical Theory of New Businesses" is available.
