I used the blurring effect of digital to create a sense of depth, and added the texture of paint to bring out the best of both digital and analog. Because the piece is based on the theme of the language of flowers, I used a monotone, understated drawing of the figures, hoping that people would choose them as if they were decorating a room with flowers.
