It depicts the coastal scenery that passed through a cave, which I encountered on the nature research route on Aomi Island, Yamaguchi Prefecture. I wanted to create a picture that projected the pain I was suffering on a hard rock that looked like it had been chopped up, and gave a look at the ocean ahead. The base is made of an absorbent base to be matte, and the paint is rubbed in to create a texture that feels like humidity is present throughout. The sides are also treated so that they can be displayed without framed. Silver was used to describe rocks.
