There was no way it would work out right away from the beginning, and there were a lot of mistakes, people around us denied it, and my funds were on the verge of running out of money. However, as I continued to keep on doing so, I gradually started to gain more friends, and the industry recognized me, and I started to enjoy growing. Now, I've come to a point that I never imagined when I first started my business, but I'm determined that it's not like this, and that I should make the music industry even better.

The reckless ambition and excitement I felt when I started a business and brought a new service to the world. It wasn't going to work right away, I made lots of mistakes, was rejected by those around me, and I was on the verge of running out of funds. But I didn't give up, and gradually I gained more friends, was recognized by the industry, and started to enjoy growth. I've come a long way since I first started my business, but I'm determined to make it better and improve the music industry.Entrepreneurial Profile
Started playing piano at the age of 3, graduated from music high school and then from a music department. Joined Recruit Career (now Recruit) as a new graduate in 2011. Won first place at the Tokyo International Piano Competition while working. Pursued a parallel career as both a company employee and a pianist. Founded RENEW Co., Ltd. in 2018. Launched "Musicari", a job search agent specializing in music college students, in August 2019. Currently, 70% of music college students looking for employment use it.
