Various hopes are born and vanished, and before you know it, they pass by. Where does the power to move forward come from? I think it is courage and belief that you will not be excited or depressed by the small flickering light and hope. It expressed the path of conflict and determination, and the light of hope that surrounds us.

Born in Tokyo. Graduated from Keio SFC. Trained as a chef and worked in the dining hall of a major food and beverage company before moving to Yamanashi Prefecture. Founded CookCooking Co., Ltd. and ran cooking workshops. Later, he became involved in slow food activities and became a director of the Japan Slow Food Association. In order to create the future of food, he is working on commercializing the food sharing service "TABETE."
