此次 YORKE. 参展的下列作品，可通过线上或在 +ART GALLERY 现场，经由抽选专用表格申请购买。
・"Night Begins"
・"Night Begins" Footstamp Series #1~#20
・"These Blue"
※其他作品仅限现场按先到先得方式发售。
5 月 23 日（周一）10:00 起开始受理抽选申请，5 月 25 日（周三）23:59 截止，经严格抽选后，将于 2 日内以邮件通知获得购买权的中选者。（未中选者恕不另行通知，敬请谅解。）
此外，截至 5 月 27 日（周五）中选结果公布时仍无人申请的作品，将继续按先到先得方式优先发售。
- 每人事前最多可申请 5 件作品。
- 若 5 件全部中选，则全部纳入购买对象。请仅将有购买意愿的作品填写于志愿栏中。
- 本线上商店的会员方为抽选对象。若您尚未注册线上商店，请在此处注册。
- 严禁转让购买权及以转售为目的的申请。
- 恕不接受向申请人本人以外的地址发货。
- 作品将在确认收款后，于展会结束日起约 2 周内发货。
- 请在所申请作品中选确定之日起 7 日内完成付款。
- 作品细微的色彩与质感等可能与实物有所差异。
- 申请内容的变更仅在抽选受理期间内受理。
- 中选确定后恕不接受取消，敬请注意。如取消将收取取消手续费。
- 作品价款之外另需支付配送费，原则上采用货到付款。
海外发货时，除配送费外，进口关税及当地产生的其他费用均由客户承担。 - 抽选发售的作品，付款一律采用银行转账·预付方式。
- 购买作品时，无论抽选或先到先得，均视为已同意以下条款。
・本作品著作物的著作权归 YORKE. 及株式会社万代南梦宫音乐现场（以下简称 BNML）保留。
・YORKE. 及 BNML 可不受任何限制地、自由且无偿地使用·运用包含所售作品在内的整体图像（数据等）。 - 申请提交之时，即视为您已同意上述内容。
[Notes on Lottery Applications]
The following works exhibited by YORKE. can be purchased online or on site at +ART GALLERY through the lottery form.

・Night Begins" Footstamp Series #1~#20
・#These Blue".
Other titles will be sold on site only on a first-come, first-served basis.
Lottery applications will be accepted from May 23 (Mon.) at 10:00 a.m. and close on May 25 (Wed.) at 23:59 p.m. The winners will be notified by e-mail within two days of the drawing. （Winners will be notified by e-mail within two days.)
If no applications have been received by May 27 (Fri.), we will continue to sell the works on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Each person may apply for up to five works in advance.
- If all five works are selected, all of them will be eligible for purchase. Please indicate only the works that you intend to purchase in the "Preference" box.
- Transfer of purchase rights and applications for the purpose of resale are strictly prohibited.
- We will not ship to anyone other than the applicant.
- We will ship the artwork approximately 2 weeks from the end of the exhibition after confirming receipt of payment.
- Please make payment within 7 days of the confirmation of the winning artwork.
- Please note that the subtle colors and textures of the artwork may differ from the actual artwork.
- Changes to your application can only be made during the lottery registration period.
- Please note that cancellations will not be accepted after the selection has been confirmed. In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be incurred.
- In addition to the price of the artwork, a shipping fee will be charged, which is basically a cash-on-delivery fee.
- In the case of overseas shipments, in addition to shipping charges, customers are responsible for all import duties and any other local fees incurred.
- For works sold by lottery, all payments must be made in advance by bank transfer.
- By submitting your application, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
