In the spirit of animism, where one unconsciously feels the spiritual presence of ``God,'' I observed the ingredients and expressed my own interpretation of them in pictures, expressing the process of sensually digesting and absorbing the ingredients. In the works, the ingredients that serve as motifs are actually used as art materials. After drawing on a canvas, some of the food depicted is dried and turned into powder using a mill mixer, or burnt and processed into charcoal, which is then mixed with epoxy resin (two-component synthetic resin) and used as art materials. I am using. I incorporate the real thing into my work as if I were "cooking" it. Then there is the image of the viewer reflected in the black background, and the image of the food being digested and absorbed into your own body. By making the two visible overlapping each other, I was able to create a greater awareness of the act of digesting and absorbing the ingredients.
