The reckless ambition and excitement I felt when I started a business and brought a new service to the world. It wasn't going to work right away, I made lots of mistakes, was rejected by those around me, and I was on the verge of running out of funds. But I didn't give up, and gradually I gained more friends, was recognized by the industry, and started to enjoy growth. I've come a long way since I first started my business, but I'm determined to make it better and improve the music industry.

Entrepreneurial Profile

Started playing piano at the age of 3, graduated from music high school and then from a music department. Joined Recruit Career (now Recruit) as a new graduate in 2011. Won first place at the Tokyo International Piano Competition while working. Pursued a parallel career as both a company employee and a pianist. Founded RENEW Co., Ltd. in 2018. Launched "Musicari", a job search agent specializing in music college students, in August 2019. Currently, 70% of music college students looking for employment use it.
