Entrepreneurial Profile

Born in Niigata Prefecture in 1988. After graduating from the National Nagaoka National College of Technology, he transferred to the College of Social Sciences, School of Science and Technology, University of Tsukuba. After working at Gree, Inc., he founded Fuller Inc. in November 2011 and became its CEO. In 2016, he was selected as one of the "30 Under 30" important people under the age of 30 by Forbes, one of the world's leading economic magazines. In June 2020, he returned to his hometown of Niigata. In September 2020, he was appointed as the representative director of the Niigata Venture Association. In October 2020, he became a visiting professor at Nagaoka National College of Technology. In December 2021, he received the EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2021 Japan award. His dream is to create the world's most attractive company.
