Introducing the artist Sayaka Oya of the 2nd collage exhibition .
・Oyasayaka
A painter who loves games, anime, and lemons.
While working as an apparel designer, he continued to draw and became independent as a painter in 2015.
He creates works with social themes in mind, and often likes to draw landscapes, plants, and the human body.
As a child, he spent his childhood surrounded by archeology and history under the influence of his father, and successfully suffered from Chuunibyou.
Although he temporarily graduated from Chuunibyo when he entered high school, he was influenced by the character design of games and the drawings of anime, and has continued to develop his current style with some aftereffects.
He is actively working around the country, mainly in Tokyo, and overseas, creating murals for offices and live painting at music festivals. He is involved in a wide range of activities, including providing illustrations for movies and dramas, supervising art, and appearing in commercials.

How to feel of beauty
Since I chose to work in the arts, I would like to be involved in society little by little to make life easier for society. With the spread of SNS, we have become a world where anyone can be seen publicly, and no matter how much we communicate about diversity, I feel like we are getting hurt more and more. My role is to broaden people's sense of values even a little bit, and to change their way of thinking, including myself, little by little, so that they can fit into society without being truly frightened.
