職業：まいぷに。雑誌、WEB、TV、ラジオ出演など多くの媒体でマルチに活動。
セルフプロデュースによるソロプロジェクトの音楽活動では、5枚のシングルをリリース。
さらに執筆、トークイベントなど様々なアプローチ方法で、強く可愛い女性像を発信している。
定期開催しているイベント「まいぷにすとの集い」は女性参加率5割以上を誇り、男女問わず愛される「ぷにかわボディ」が魅力。
2015年、『夏の魔物』メインボーカルとしてポニーキャニオンよりメジャーデビュー。唯一無二のハイトーンボイスが武器に。
2ndシングル「東京妄想フォーエバーヤング」がフジテレビ系『めちゃ2イケてるッ！』2016年エンディングテーマに起用される。
2017年3月にグループ卒業後、バックバンドを従えてのワンマンライブ「まいぷにバースデーパラダイス！2017」、「まいぷにRe:Birth Party 2018」、「Merry Punistmas Night 2019」を開催。
2018年8月、グラビア活動の集大成となる写真集『My Puni』をリリース。
2019年春、フリーランスとなり、アーティストとしての塚本舞ソロプロジェクトを始動。
「SummerMotivation」「カクテルガール」「HOLY SNOW」「ヒロインでよろしく♡」「BabyGirl」とコンスタントに作品を発表している。
2022年より、撮り下ろしZineシリーズ「for maipunist」の刊行を開始。
30代を迎え、ボディメイクにより進化したグラビアをセルフプロデュースで展開している。
