起業家としてのプロフィール
大学卒業後、株式会社リクルートへ入社。社内起業家として株式会社ニジボックスを立ち上げ、創業社長として150人規模まで企業規模を拡大。リクルートホールディングスの新規事業開発室長として1500の社内起業家チームの創業と、起業家支援オフィスTECH LAB PAAKの所長として300社のスタートアップ企業の創業期を支援。2018年に起業家に転身。2019年にユーザベースへのM&Aを実現し、その後も成長を続ける株式会社アルファドライブと、ゲノム・遺伝子解析の株式会社ゲノムクリニック等を含む複数の企業を同時に創業。アミューズ社外取締役、アシロ社外取締役、の他、プロ経営者として複数の上場企業の役員も務める。投資家としてはベンチャーキャピタルであるUB Venturesのベンチャーパートナーとして、また同時に個人投資家としても活動。創業期の起業家を中心とした投資実績。創業期特化型の起業ブートキャンプ「ゼロからの起業」では、これから創業する段階のまさにゼロからの創業を支援。著書に「新規事業の実践論」。
