Introducing Mino Watanabe, the 3rd artist of HOLBEIN ART FAIR 2022
Mino Watanabe
painter. Completed the oil painting research area of the Tama Art University Graduate School of Painting. By depicting vivid nature such as plants and the sea in linear lines, he creates paintings that exist in the middle of polar opposite relationships such as nature and man-made, organic and inorganic, figurative and abstract. In recent years, he has been active in holding solo exhibitions at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi and creating murals. He has received numerous awards including the Tokyo Wonder Wall Public Recruitment 2015 Shintaro Ishihara Jury Award and the Terrace Art Shonan AWARD Grand Prix.

The colors were so vivid that I felt like the work was smiling 😊The next thing that caught my eye after the colors was the composition of the work. Even though it is drawn with straight lines, the drawn object looks natural.
