After graduating from Waseda University in 2003, he joined Recruit. After working in the company's marketing and new business development departments, he is now active as an executive officer at Recruit Marketing Partners. He then founded Kaizen Platform in the US in 2013. The company currently operates in two locations, in Japan and the US. In 2020, the company was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers (now the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth). He mainly supports the digital transformation of large companies. He is the author of "Hack Thinking: A methodology to change the world in the shortest and fastest time possible" (NewsPicks Book) and "Introduction to Digital Transformation (DX) that produces results in 90 days" (Nihon Keizai Shimbun Publishing).
