Quick Drying Medium Matte

A water-based paint-like, fast-drying matte medium for water-soluble oil paints [DUO]. When mixed with DUO, it increases transparency and speeds up surface drying.
When mixed in equal amounts, it will no longer stick to your fingers in about 20 to 30 minutes. Depending on the mixing ratio with the paint, the condition may deteriorate when mixed, so use an equal mixing ratio as a guideline.

Penting Medium Jelly
