ARTIST Sayaka Irahara / Irahara Sayaka
Born in Hokkaido in 1997 / Currently active in Tokyo / Graduated from Musashino Art University, Department of Oil Painting, in 2023
He depicts a bright world in which faded and ambiguous landscapes from memory are reconstructed with unique touches and colors. By incorporating the obsession with the vanishing past and adding newness to it, the message is that ``the meaning and value of the past can be changed depending on who you are in the future.''
